for visiting Wilmington Housing Resource Guide. We are an affiliate of
Southeastern Center as the Continuum of Care was incorporated as a non-
profit organization. Our goal is to provide housing information and referral
for supportive care housing in Wilmington NC. This non-profit organization
also maintains and publishes current vacancy information monthly.
Southeastern Center commisioned this guide to promote the development of community-based housing for people who are homeless, mentally ill, and/or chemically dependent. Specifically, the intent is to identify the resources available and to encourage the partnerships necessary to successfully create housing for this challenging population. Printed copies of the current available housing listed on this website are available in the lobby of Southeastern Mental Health Center. Individuals meeting the criteria for housing are encouraged to contact the landlord or property manager directly. Please Note: The TRI County Homeless Interagency Council meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am at Southeastern Center. | |||
